This is a full-time role based at our Mackay CBD office - perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives on organisation, and is ready to grow into a聽Commercial Asset Manager.
About the Role
You鈥檒l play an integral role in keeping our Commercial department running efficiently by supporting the sales and leasing agents, assisting with property management tasks, and ensuring all documentation and communication are handled seamlessly.
With strong internal support from our Team, you鈥檒l receive hands-on training and mentoring as you build your knowledge of commercial property, compliance, and asset management - setting you up for long-term career growth.
Your Day Will Include
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the preparing and processing listing documentation, commercial leases, contracts and IM's.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinating marketing campaigns for sales and leasing opportunities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintaining property data and trust account accuracy.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Liaising with owners, tenants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supporting rent reviews, renewals, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contributing to business development and referral opportunities across Gardian Group.
What We鈥檙e Looking For
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Real estate or administrative experience (commercial or residential but not essential).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organisational and communication skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attention to detail and confidence working with documents and numbers.
