This Anti-Poverty Week, The Neighbourhood Hub is making a real difference for people doing it tough in our community. From providing essential food and toiletries to offering support and guidance, the Hub is a lifeline for those who need it most.
Small gestures can have a big impact. Even a box of cereal, a can of soup, or a few toiletries can help someone struggling to get through the week.
