GARDIAN Real Estate Mackay's latest Auction Night at our Gordon Street headquarters delivered an electric atmosphere, strong buyer competition and outstanding results for local property owners.

Four of the five properties presented were sold under the hammer, with every successful sale exceeding the sellers' reserve prices. The remaining property is currently under negotiation, and we are confident a successful outcome is just around the corner.

While much of the media attention has focused on softer auction conditions in larger metropolitan markets such as Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, Mackay continues to demonstrate impressive resilience and buyer confidence.

With approximately 20 registered bidders participating on the night, competition was strong from the outset. Several buyers actively pursued multiple properties, creating a fast-paced and exciting auction environment that ultimately delivered exceptional results for our vendors.

The results reinforce what we're seeing across the Mackay property market — well-presented homes, strategic marketing and a competitive auction campaign can generate strong interest and premium outcomes.
