Our quest began with Simon Sinek's revolutionary book and conference, "Start with Why". Sinek's 'Golden Circle' concept resonated deeply with our leadership team. His core message - "People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it" - struck a chord and aligned perfectly with the direction we were already heading in our business culture and development journey.
Collaborative Value Creation
In June 2018, we embarked on an inclusive process that would define our company's future. Every single member of the Gardian team participated in identifying:
