Born and raised in Mackay, Janenne is a proud local who brings a wealth of customer service and property industry experience to the Gardian team. A devoted mother of two sons and grandmother to two energetic grandsons, she enjoys spending her weekends with family and cheering on her 7-year-old grandson from the sidelines at local soccer matches.
With more than 40 years of customer service experience and a career in property management that began in 2010, Janenne has developed a strong reputation for delivering reliable support. She started her real estate journey with Mackay Rentals as a receptionist before progressing to Property Manager Assistant and later becoming a Moranbah specialist, where she supported property management operations for several years.
Since joining Gardian, Janenne has returned to her roots in reception. Her local knowledge ensures every client feels supported from the moment they connect with Gardian.
