Sales Associate
Having joined the Gardian team at the beginning of 2022, Baden has shown a strong commitment to building his career in real estate through a hardworking attitude and genuine enthusiasm. After undertaking various roles within the business, Baden progressed into his current position as Sales Associate to Joe Rickman.
Now in his third year, Baden’s role is heavily focused on working with buyers and ensuring all backend processes are managed seamlessly. He attends every open home and inspection, guaranteeing each buyer receives the high level of service they deserve. This hands-on approach ensures that once an offer is accepted, the sales process runs smoothly and remains as stress-free as possible for all parties involved.
Like many at Gardian, Baden is also a passionate rugby league player. He has spent several years travelling across the country playing representative rugby league and now is a valued member of the Mackay Cutters. Balancing the demands of professional sport with his real estate career, Baden draws on the discipline, reliability and work ethic developed on the field—qualities that translate directly into his work and make him a dependable and driven property professional.
Outside of work, Baden enjoys all types of training, staying active, and unwinding with a well-earned beer alongside his mates.
